It is the second such attack to take place in Irapuato in the past month. Mexican federal authorities announced that 24 civilians were shot dead and seven others injured after suspects opened fire at a drug rehabilitation center in Irapuato, Mexico. Local police officers, the National Guard and agents with the Attorney General of Guanajuato were reportedly at the scene after the suspects fled.
